We pause to honor a brother, a comrade, and a foundation stone of our fellowship.

Missionary Sesno Halstead, affectionately called Duran, was a faithful member of St. Peter's Zion True Fellowship, Mt. Salem, Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica.

He was one of the seven presidents who answered the call in July 2019. With wisdom beyond his years and insight that shaped our early vision, Duran helped establish Praise in the West United from the very first phone call to the founding meeting at Mt. Refuge Holy Trinity Zion Church.

We remember him as:

    A faithful comrade - steadfast in commitment to Christ and to this fellowship

    A devoted brother - loyal, encouraging, and quick to uplift others
  • ✦
    A servant of the Lord - devoted to the work of the Church with all his heart
  • ✦
    A light in the room - admired for his faithfulness, his comedic personality, and his joy

Though it has pleased Almighty God to call him home from this world on August 6, 2020, his contribution to P.I.T.W United will never fade. His vision, his laughter, and his devotion are etched into our foundation.

We will forever remember him and cherish all he poured into this movement.

He will never be forgotten.
