Sacred Heart Spiritual Church of Jesus Christ HQ

Metropolitan Primate and Chief Apostle Ray Anthony Foster is a Shepherd, Builder, Prophet and Father of Many — a great man of God whose influence and leadership has stretched far and wide through the Revival church Diaspora. As a Prophetic and Doctrinal Defender, he speaks prophetically to defend the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A sought-after preacher with many years of experience under his belt, Apostle Foster is a firm believer that Jesus Christ is Lord, and he proudly represents his doctrinal beliefs wherever he goes. His maternal foundation and early labour began under the watchful eye of his mother, the Matriarch of the Sacred Heart Diocese, Bishop Hazel Foster, now deceased. Her oversight shaped his character, calling, and commitment to holiness. A visionary leader and foundation builder from a tender age, he is widely known as the foundation builder of the Sacred Heart Spiritual Church of Jesus Christ HQ in Savannah la Mar, Westmoreland. His ministry and gifts have opened many doors of expansion for the Diocese, where he shepherds international churches across the North American Continent. Determined to reach beyond walls, Apostle Foster is a leader who transforms the lives of those he can physically reach and those who can only hear his voice. A father and grandfather, mentor and businessman, he stands predominantly at the helm of the Sacred Heart Spiritual Church of Jesus Christ International Diocese as Prelate, leading the College of Bishops, Pastors and Saints called to serve under his leadership.
